Programme 19 begins with a visit to one of the world’s best restaurants – the Ledbury in West London, and a chat to chef Brett Graham… The Hendricks Ambassador concocts an unusual and refreshing summer cocktail… then a look at Tempo, in Mayfair – talking to owner Henry Togna and chef Yoshi Yamada: a Japanese chef in an Italian restaurant. “We were surprised, too – but we hadn’t known how many Italian restaurants there are in Tokyo”.
Continuing Lawrence Keogh takes a break from his kitchens at Roast to talk about his career and influences and a special edition of book review talks to Franck Pontais and looks at his book, Terrines and Verrines”.
