For some reason I’ve always had a negative feeling towards frozen meats; one no doubt emenating from frozen ready meals and we all know how bad those can be!
But I’ve been blown away with the quality, the taste and the succulence from a pack of frozen Lamb Valentine Steaks. Althugh marketed as a Valentines special they are available all year round (£13 for 4 steaks)
