Gordon Ramsay has a new book out shortly - Gordon Ramsay’s Fast Food: Recipes from “The F Word” (pre-order
£13.19) where he details his ‘fastest-ever recipes’ - proving that cooking a delicious meal from scratch can take less time than dialling for a pizza.
During the coming week various recipes from the book will be presented via short video clips on The Times website; Ramsay is the newspapers principal food writer. The video series begins today with his linguine with tomatoes, olives and capers dish.
Three versions are available enabling you to watch the show via your IPOD, Windows Media Player or via the Quicktime player. There is also an RSS feed to automatically receive the show.
Interestingly you can sign up to receive text messages listing the ingredients for the daily recipe.
