May the 19th sees a Great British Cheese and Classic Wine tasting. A little expensive we feel at £55.00 per person. The event runs from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm approx.

For many people the matching of food and wine can be an anxiety, the Gastronomy Series of tastings are designed to help you make the most of your dinning experience.
The introductory food and wine matching workshop will help you make the best combinations effortlessly. The workshop starts with an explanation of the principles behind food and wine combinations; which work and which don’t. Then the practical work begins, tasting examples of various food components – acidity, protein, spice, smokiness and sweetness – and finding out how, in practice, they react with various wines.”
