They have changed the name. The BBC Goodfood Show is now known as Masterchef Live and is in London Olympia from the 13th-15th November.
and is looking set to be one of the best foodie days out in the country! It will feature all of the BBC Good Food Show favourites such as the:
• Restaurant Experience (this year featuring such iconic restaurants as Daphne’s, The Ivy and Le Caprice)
• London’s biggest indoor Farmers’ Market and…
• The Cookery Experience with Live demonstrations from James Martin and Valentine Warner among others
• Masterclasses in Cupcake decorating, Sushi making and Canape making
• Wine tasting sessions
• Taste workshops presented by Slow Food!
Added to all this will be some brilliant features from the nations favourite foodie TV programme – Masterchef!
Visitors will be able to experience what it is like to be on MasterChef and take the Invention Test – winning the chance to have their food judged by John Torode and Gregg Wallace themselves! Plus past MasterChef contestants and winners will be cooking off against each other live on stage in the MasterChef Theatre!!
All the favourites of the BBC Good Food Show London will be back in Olympia this year with 100′s of fantastic exhibitors, 10 of London’s top restaurants as well as amazing interactive features from the nation’s favourite foodie TV programme. MasterChef Live will be packed with celebrities and features from the TV programme including The Invention Test. Do you have what it takes? Take part in The Invention Test and win the chance to have your food judged by the fearsome duo themselves – John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
The Cookery Experience sponsored by Sainsbury’s will play host to MasterChef Cook-Off sessions where the culinary might of previous contestants will be pitted against each other. Plus see live demonstrations from celebrity chefs including Michel Roux Jnr and James Martin. The Show will also feature the Restaurant Experience where 10 of London’s top eateries will be serving their signature dishes including The Ivy, Daphne’s and Le Caprice and of course the MasterChef Restaurant – where you can try some of the famous winning dishes from previous contestants.
Don’t forget to visit the MasterChef Theatre where you can see finalists from the previous programmes recreating their signature dishes, and answering questions.
