Claire Macdonald was listed as one of the top 8 celebrity chefs in the world earlier this year by the times. She just happens to be married to one Lord Godfrey Macdonald, High Chief of Clan Donald and runs Kinloch Lodge, a small luxury hotel and restaurant. She also has a host of cookbooks

The website is also the place to sign up for her regular mailings; available by email or post. You have to pay for them mind! The Monthly Menu Club costs £25 for the email version (£30 by post) for which you receive 12 mailings a year.
