My friend and I were completely shocked. My order cost 5.75 and I gave the girl a 20 pound note. She gave me 14 pound back. When I politely asked her the price again, she did not look at me at all and only replied, "I don't remember". After 5 minutes, she came over to our desk and gave me my receipt, which clearly showed that she did not give me enough change back. Yet she did not apologize and just walk off.
