Pisa Nut Liqueur
A new Italian liqueur has been launched which, naff packaging aside, might be a fine addition to the cooks cupboard and an alternative to Amaretto.
Pisa is a nut liqueur with a ‘distinctive leaning bottle’ is made from almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts.
The distinctive leaning bottle is a homage to Pisa’s most famous landmark, backed up by the use of embossed script on the vertically-lettered label.
Pisa is listed by Drinks On for £16.69 for a 70cl bottle. A Pisa cream liqueur is slated for launch later this year.
