Some of the links might be a little ‘basic’ - do we really know how to juice a lemon or chop parsley? We all have to start somewhere I guess… and it does explain the name of the site! Overall it is a very swish site, all flash based complete with fading effects and the like. The videos are in QuickTime format (you will need the plug-in installed in your browser to view).
Recent videos have covered scallops, thawing ground beef, sweet and sour meatballs and how to boil an egg. The full list of recipes has a graphic indicating difficulty. As you delve through the menus there is quiet a lot of content to explore including a blog.
