The Chef That Died of Shame
If you are quick the listen again section of BBC 7 has a great Hancock’s Half Hour show. It might be from 1955, but hugely funny none-the-less.
The Chef That Died of Shame: The story of ‘Iggins, the pie-stall cook who rises to the heights of haute cuisine and falls again through drink.
The sketch set in the Parisian kitchen is really funny; reminds me of me making pastry! ‘Grilled Winkles Feet On Toast’ anyone?
