Included is a simple recipe from Gillian McKeith - a festive punch
You need:
1 litre bottle pressed apple juice
1 mulled wine spice bag (containing cinnamon and all spice)
Empty the bottle of apple juice into a saucepan and add the mulled wine spice bag. Simmer very gently for 6-8 minutes until the apple juice is infused with the spices. Decorate with fresh apple slices. Serves between 6-8 people.
