What a great name – Cheesecake Charlie! A name Philip Weldon’s grandfather gave him after launching The English Cheesecake Company back in 1992. He began using a family cheesecake recipe that dates back several generations but now offers a full and ever changing range from Puddings and pies though to tarts, brownies and cakes.

The word cheese cake in my terms is the perfect dessert or comfort food. The best i have ever had was a lime cheese cake from Key West in Florida. The white chocolate truffle cheesecake looks fab! and i bet it tastes as good as it looks.
