    Hi,

I am in the December issue on the back page.
I am here now to open an exclusive restaurant and the focus will be truly British.
This country has so much to offer in terms of food and quality ingredients. We so often get bad comments from other countries which annoys me.
I am on a tour of the UK finding suppliers and was recently in Norfolk, this is a beautiful untouched part of the world. And some of the suppliers there are outstanding.
I also have a TV show ‘Feast’ which looks at the history of food within countries on the discovery channel.
British food has so much to offer and we need to support it and the boutique suppliers who produce for the love of the product.

Got something to say? Go for it!
