UK BlogWatch - Melinda’s Online Diary
For those who follow the UK vibrant food-blogging scene should click over to Melinda’s Online diary. A new discovery for us but a welcome addition to the food blog list (currently on SpittoonExtra but soon to be transferred over here).
Melinda lives near Henley-on-Thames (which appears to be a food blogging hotspot as that is three in, or near, the South Oxfordshire town we know of) and scribbles away offering recipes such as the delightfully named Messy Cow Shortbread or Pink Pinknest Pudding.
