Valvona and Crolla Cheese Tasting
If you are anywhere the Valvona & Crolla deli in Edinburgh at the end of June, you really shouldn’t miss their Cheese Tasting to be held on that date.
This will be an excellent oppotunity to taste and learn all about pecorino with one of Italy’s top cheesemongers, sheep and goat’s cheese expert Giancarlo Russo.
Tutored Cheese Tasting with Giancarlo Russo - Friday 29th June, 7.30pm. Tickets cost £22.50 per person or £20 each for four or more. There is a 10% discount on all purchases on the night. Doors open at 7.15pm for prompt start at 7.30pm and close at 9.45pm.

Unfortunately I’ll be in Edinburgh in early June, so I’ll miss the cheesetasting. But I’ll definitely pop buy at Valvona&Grolla - it was one of my favourite food shops in Edinburgh - really special!
