I’m so pleased to bring some inventive fun from my favourite animated duo to families around the UK, and hope they genuinely bring a smile to everyone’s face at mealtimes!”

Especially for you, Wallace himself has compiled some top tips for all budding inventors out there!

• The first thing I need is food for thought; I would highly recommend a cracking slice of toast. It’s sure to feed some inspiration
• Never be put off by fuddy duddies who say it can’t be done. I’ve been to the moon and back!
• Get a pal involved to help you out - my dog Gromit is always there to lend a paw
• If it looks like it is going to go bang, run away!
• I find that most of my inventions can be delicately adjusted with a large hammer
• Safety is paramount! I always test my inventions on Gromit first
• Never let inventing get in the way of tea time. Or breakfast. Or Lunch
