Bristol Wine and Food Fair
With only a few days until Bristol’s tastiest event of the year: The Bristol Wine & Food Fair from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th July 2010, tickets are going fast!
Highlights of the Fair include:
- Tasting hundreds of wines from all the main wine producing regions of the world: including France, Spain, Italy, South Africa, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina - and even Newent in Gloucestershire!
- 18 different tutored wine tasting Masterclasses, hosted by wine experts from national press and TV including Tim Atkin MW and Susy Atkins from Saturday Kitchen. (Cost: £8 per head, bookable in advance on www.bristolwineandfoodfestival.com )
- 12 FREE cookery demonstrations from the best Chefs in the South West, including Bristol’s only Michelin-starred brothers Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Inglesias from Casa Mia
- Sampling the best of the South West’s artisan food and drink producers (more than 60 in total!)
- A FREE children’s art and craft activity centre, run by Creative Kids International
- The Bordeaux Quay Cookery School will be running hands-on cookery workshops for children aged 6 – 16, bookable in advance via the website www.bristolwineandfoodfair.com
- 45 minute trips on board The Matthew around the Bristol Harbourside whilst sipping a glass of chilled Prosecco. (Cost: £8 per head)
